Celebrate the final days of Joana Vasconcelos’ monumental installation Valkyrie Mumbet, on view through January 29th. Groove to live jazz with musicians from Berklee College of Music’s Institute for Jazz and Gender Justice and get creative with hands-on art making throughout the museum.

While you’re here, enter a raffle for a chance to win a selection of children’s books highlighting the inspiring story of Elizabeth Mumbet Freeman and learn more about the making of Valkyrie Mumbet during short pop-up talks in galleries.

Free and open to all
