12:30 - 1:20P and 3:30 - 4:20P
Arne Glimcher Plaza

Sketch to a live performance by local trans musician and Boston Music Awards nominee Adi Sun. Prismatic guitar riffs and lush melodic vocals will provide inspiration for drawing. This session of Drawing Together with Noodle & Doodle is presented by the MassArt Illustration Department and MAAM.

Performance: Observation/Transformation
1:30 - 2:20P | Paine Gallery
4:30 - 5:20P | Arne glimcher plaza

Draw inspiration from choreographed tableaux vivants featuring artist Cassandré Charles and MassArt professor and artist Edward Monovich with guest performers Hannah Siktberg and Robert Monovich. Blurring the boundaries between observational drawing and performance art, visitors are invited to sketch a series of kinetic poses in the round while experiencing performances that evoke transformation.

Artmaking
1:30 - 5:00P
barkan family Big Ideas Studio

MAAM is proud to partner with MassArt’s Center for Art and Community Partnership’s sparc! the Artmobile. A special artmaking activity led by MassArt students will explore your creativity while channeling MAAM exhibition themes.

MAAM’s reopening is part part of the Fenway Cultural District’s Opening Our Doors Festival.
