Inspired by jewelry design from the court of Louis XVI and 19th-century zoology studies, Timothy Horn’s works are reflections on the potency of the artificially ornate and the organic.

A MassArt graduate based in Vermont, Horn explodes the dimensions of Baroque jewelry making. His recent sculptures are elegant compositions of blown-glass mirrored pearls and cast lead crystals embedded in large pendant structures that reference the spontaneous natural beauty of coral, lichen, and seaweed.
